We can supply HMS 1&2 and used rail by yearly contract or spot order. Please seee our requirements for these orders.CONDITION:1) We do not ship less than 30k x 12 on an annual contract. Spot orders of 10,000 or more2) Trial shipments may be available.3) The LOI must show the proper payment terms4) We only issue a FCO or draft contract after we have received a LOI with detailed banking info and soft probe authorization.5) Origin: CIS, Romania, South Africa, Europe, Middle East&others at Sellers choice.6) Delivery time:30-45 day after open L/C.PAYMENT TERMS:1) Payment terms: An irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, revolving LC 100% at sight.2) Performance bond 2%. Only.3) SGS report is not part of payment document.4) Visit scrap yard: After sign contract and sign open LC.5) No POP(SGSBL) will be provided prior to signing final contract. POP could be exchanged bank to bank.PROCEDURE:1) Issue ICPO/LOI with complete banking coordinates and/or BCL2) Receive FCO and/or draft contract with yard picture3) Complete, sign&seal return with ICPO, acceptance4) Final Contract issued5) L/C advice comes down6) 2% PB guarantee issued by sellers bank7) Both instruments become operative8) Inspection.LOI MUST INCLUDE: Use this as a check list):1) Buyer's full company name, address, tel, fax and email2) Signatory name3) Ship-to Company's full details(ifdifferent from Buyer).
