Sell HMS 1 & 2

I have a scrap yard in Philipine (Direct with owner only). It is HMS 1 and HMS1&2 . If interested buyer is there, please let them make the LOI for what they want( Minimum 15000 MTW with its BCL only). See my friend this is a very good chance. No seller will do like this. LC will be opened later and agreement will be signed after site visit only. If these two things ( LOI and BCL ) direct from the buyer is received, they will allowed to go to Phlippines.
