5 Million Metric Tons of Scrap Metal of HMS1 and HMS2 (R50-R65)

In addition to the return of the $3 Million initial investment, the venture will provide a rate of return equal to 3 times that initial investment, equating to $9 Million, which will be paid within ten subsequent shipments of the scrap metal, which is estimated to be within 6 to 12 months. The venture will endeavor to include all monies owed to investor(s) in the Letter of Credit. Specifically the joint venture will return the initial capital investment to the investor(s) after receipt of all sales proceeds of the first shipment. I believe the first shipment will result in gross revenues of approximately $15 Million, which equates to the shipment of approximately 30,000 metric tons of processed scrap metals at a price of approximately $500 per metric ton. Accordingly, the investor(s) will be paid back the initial $3 Million investment from the proceeds of the first shipment.

Local island labor shall be utilized to provide jobs and stimulate the local economy, for the purpose of cutting and processing the scrap metals. Our group has procured Purchase Orders and Letters of Credit from prospective purchasers, and arranged for shipping companies to to deliver the processed scrap metal. Our group is seeking one or more investors to contribute capital investment of $3 Million to secure the necessary equipment and pay for labor costs for the initial shipment. We believe that the investor or investor group would have its initial investment returned within 90 to 180 days of the initial investment.
