Buyer issues Pre-advised - LC or BG for the shipment value to Sellers Bank
Buyers returns final contract signed and sealed via Fax or E-Mail and Buyer sends draft or their LC for Sellers approval
Seller reviews it and confirms any changes that need to be made in draft contract, if agreed issues final contract for signature
Buyer returns the draft contract to the Seller by Fax or E-Mail duly signed and sealed
Seller issues draft contract to the Buyer
Buyer sends FCO back signed with BCL or LC in copy or M1799
Seller sends Full Corporate Offer (FCO)
Buyer sends Letter Of Intent (LOI incl. Permission for a soft probe) or ICPO (Soft Probe included) to purchase
