The raw material for MSTL-STAR GRIT's Copper Slag is supplied by
|
|
Sterlite Industries limited, Tuticorin, India, one of the largest producers
|
|
of Copper in India. State-of-the-art technology is adopted in their smelter
|
|
to produce high quality raw material.
|
|
|
|
Strict quality control measures are adhered to at the smelter to ensure that
|
|
the end product conforms to highest International Standards.
|
|

Manufacturing Process
|
|
Raw material from Sterlite is collected and stored in the yard. The required
|
|
the quality of the P.O is taken into the main hopper and sent from there to the
|
|
drier where the moisture is removed by heating upto 280 deg max. It is then
|
|
graded to the requirement by the mesh and is collected in the bagging
|
|
hopper and weighted
|
|
