We are sellers of used rails. Minimum spot of 30,000MT. For quotation IS NECESSARY fresh and complet LOI with reasonable target-price (we can?t make miracles).
Seller?s procedure:
1.- Buyer sends LOI to Seller.
2.- Seller sends FCO to Buyer
3.- Buyer signs and seals FCO and returns the seller
4.- Buyer and Seller contact.

NO CHAIN BROKERS, PLEASE.
