 Pricing:  CIF to AWSP only (NO C&F, NO FOB)

      *PB:  100% of the shipment's total value

Yard Visits:  Allowed only for annual contracts after a contract is signed and Non-operative LC
                   has been opened by buyer.  No yard visits for SPOT contracts.

* -  100% PB means if seller defaults for any reason, buyer will be paid 100% of the shipment's
      total value as penalty by seller's bank (top 25 world banks) with no contest what so ever.
