1. Buyer issues LOI/ICPO with full banking details.
2. Seller issues FCO or draft contract open for ammendments.
3.Buyer accepts and agrees the terms and conditions of the draft contractby counter signature & companies seal and returns to the seller.
4. Buyer will issue DLC for the value of the order.
