Reduction Techniques for Air Pollution Controlling;

Limitation is denoted in Article-7,9 of Regulations relevant to emissions for foundations that are dependent on license. Article-7 contains general limitation value for soot, dust, special dust, gas and steam emission at foundations that are dependent on license. Regulations are denoted for colloidal industry' production ,processing, storage , carrying ,filling, emptying and classification; accumulated wastes in open ; situation of roads in foundation , emptying filters with this numerical values in this article .In Article-9,limitation values of emission are denoted for foundations that have high contaminant quality by attributing Add-7 . In Add-7 , foundations are grouped 17 and limitation values of emission and other regulations are denoted separately for foundations that are in each group,

a) Decreasing of foundation's detrimental effects as suitable to technologic development for public and environment.
b) Conforming technical qualification that is been necessary by regulations,
c) Measuring emission and air quality that are stipulated in regulations, by foundations,
d) Recycling of foundations' waste or unless this is possibly, annihilating of theme as suitable in terms of regulation.

New foundations' requests have to conform Article 2.1(no effect for health) and Article 2.4 (equipping precaution as suitable to technologic development) in accordance with Add-9.If new foundation will be sensitive region in point of pollution, It is behavior in accordance with Article-52,53.

In our country, subjects that are about air pollution and its control, are become law with dated November 2 nd , 1986 Regulations of Air Quality's Protection. Present foundation and which will be founded, responsible conforming this regulation and taking emission license.

Air pollution has started to threaten humans' health and natural life by contaminant materials that are thrown because of reason like heating, communication, producing energy, industrial processes and natural events.
