PROCEDURES: SET FORTH BY REFINERY
1. Buyer will sign the NCND and IMFPA.
2. Buyer will issue an I C P O with permission to conduct a Soft Probe or offer MT799 (buyer's choice)
3. After satisfactory completion of the Soft Probe or accepted MT799
4. Seller will send by e-mail a copy of the draft contract. The draft contract is open for amendments.
5. Seller issues partial proof of product .The partial proof is verifiable.
6. Buyer returns to Seller draft contract ready for signature.
7. Contract will be signed at a Table Meeting OR as mutually agreed between buyer and seller
