DURATION OF CONTRACT: during year 2008
DELIVERY TERMS: Baumgarten or Frankfurt on Oder
PAYMENT: Deposit certificate or Bank guarantee issued by a bank of a buyer for the whole volume of gas.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Letter of Credit
ADDITIONAL CONDITION: 3% flat from the amount of contract to be paid to Gasprom for access to the pipe-line.
