Product: Liquefied Natural Gas
Origin: Russia, sellers choice
Quantity: minimum 50,000 MT +/- 5% per month. Total quantity will be ... MT.
Period: (Twelve) 12 consecutive calendar months with rollovers and extensions.
Quality: Export Quality as in Appendix 1
Price: USD $ /MT CIF (USD $475/MT was in August 2007 for CIF European ports.)
Commission: + $2 dollars for us as selling agents
Terms of Payment: Monthly Payment by Revolving Assignable Irrevocable, Divisible, Transferable Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) from one of the S&P prime 25 World Banks for the amount equal to one (1) months purchase order value.
Performance Bond: The seller will issue a performance bond based on 2% of the value of one month delivery.
