  1. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond.
  1. Buyers bank issues irrevocable, revolving, transferable, confirmed RDLC by Swift (MT760) or SBLC from a top 25 prime bank of 100% shipment value payable at sight. 
  1. Seller issues draft contract with right for amendments if any.
  1. Seller confirms receipt of ICPO from buyer.

GENERAL PAYMENT TERM:
 
Irrevocable, Confirmed, Divisible, Transferable RDLC of 100% order value at sight or SBLC + T/T at destination port by top prime bank. 
 
DELIVERY:             30-45 days after sellers receipt of buyers payment instrument.
