An Exploration Mining Concession/KP of 4.016 Hectares Steam Coal Mine in Central  Kalimantan is offered to be acquired/TO for USD 5.5 Milions. This total sale price will be including deliverables such as: Exploration&Exploitation, AMDAL/Environment Clearance, Transport&Export, Lincense of Special Jetty for coal loading, and the surface rights of 1000 Ha of owner's land.

Complete with Boring data, the estimated deposits are as follows:
-Low Calorific (GCV 5339--5536 kcal/kg): 85.000.000 mt
-High Calorific (GCV 6732 kcal/kg): 15.000.000 mt
making it a total of 100.000.000 mt.

6 coordinate points and 11 boring points made in exploration/geological survey with more than 50 seams found on the property. Thickness of seam min 0.3 meter.
