Basic Uses
RG-400 Universal Bonding Primer is designed as a bonding adhesive/primer over Kynar? metals, smooth built up, modified bitumen, and both new and weathered EPDM membranes to enhance the adhesion of RGT elastomeric coatings. It also blocks the migration of asphaltic oils eliminating staining and bleed through.
