The overburden of sandstone is worth 159,000.000 million at $12.50 a short ton.The coal at current prices is worth $48,000,000. The owner is asking $7,500,000 for the coal,sandstone and land. The owner also owns more land that is connected to the 202 acres. He would sell it all.The 202 acres is pasture,which makes permitting easier.
