7. Payment Terms                    : 25% in advance and day to day payments by RTGS for  
   the lifting quantity  (or)  Against transferable L.C. for   
   total quantity.  
 
8. Sampling and Analysis          : On Seller account at our plot. 
 
9. Delivery                                : Ex-plot, Visakhapatnam Port Trust. Total quantity should
  be lifted by buyer within 25-30 days from agreement.
