PavingBitumenshallbe prepared by the distillation of suitable crude,petroleum oilwithoutsubsequent blending with other grades. Thematerial shall behomogenousand shall not foam when heated to 175 degC. No mineralmatter other thannaturally contained in the materialshall be present.
