DPC LIQUID: A smooth brushable uniform liquid contains Oxidised bitumen and organic solvent additives. Gives an odour of organic solvents. Upon evaporation of the solvent it forms a thin film of Bitumen preventing passage of dampness.
A blend of selected organic solvent additives with Oxidised bitumen.
