BIOSTABILITY refers to the ability of a metalworking coolant to resist extreme biological degradation. This provides extremely long sump life in a properly maintained machine tool and diminishes
the possibility of "Monday Morning Odor".
AQUA STAT 3000 is a medium-to-heavy duty BIOSTABLE soluble oil concentrate containing approximately 70% mineral oil. This product was designed to be extended with water for the machining and
grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. AQUA STAT 3000 is formulated without the use of chlorine.
