) Monex Monocut SL / XL : Monocut is soluble oils form a stable milky white emulsion with water of normal hardness. It contains a rust inhibitor in an emulsified form and anti-oxidant to impart anti-corrosive properties and a biocide to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion. This oil has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which imparts excellent surface finish and minimizes tool wear. Monex Monocut SL/XL is normally used in concentration of 3% and above. The oil should be added to the water for stable emulsion. They are recommended for all cutting and grinding operations where soluble oils are applicable. Monex Monocut SL/ XL meets BIS 1115-1986 specifications.
