CUTTING OIL (SOLUBLE)

This product is emulsifiable in water and is a blend of refined mineral oil base stocks, emulsifier concentrates, additives for emulsion stability and suitable bactericides. It is formulated to be clear in appearance and to form stable white milky opaque emulsion in soft water in the concentration of 5 to 10% by volume depending on the severity of machining and for grinding, 1-2% concentration is recommended. It facilitates instantaneous heat removal and grit removal from the tool contact site thus increasing the tool life and decreasing the thermo-mechanically induced degradation of job materials.
