Designed for use in high and low pressure metal removal operations such as all CNC milling, turning, drilling, tapping, grinding and sawing.

BIOSTABILITY
BIOSTABILITY refers to the ability of a metalworking coolant to resist extreme biological degradation. This provides extremely long sump life in a properly maintained machine tool and diminishes the possibility of "Monday Morning Odor".

ULTRA HP-EP combines the superior chemical flexibility of synthetics with 15% mineral oil and a chlorinated extreme-pressure additive. ULTRA HP-EP has exceptional foam control, hard water stability and tramp oil rejection. It provides outstanding extreme-pressure lubricity for machining and grinding virtually all metals, particularly Aluminum, Stainless Steels and other hard to machine alloys. ULTRA HP-EP is not recommended for use on Magnesium.
