Evap-Lube 2231 Stamping Oil LubricationEngineered exclusively for Aluminum heat exchanger Industry INTRODUCTION: Evap-Lube 2231 is designed exclusively for a vacuum or thermal de-oiling process. The drawing lubricant is formulated to vaporize with heat from the formed Aluminum heat exchanger parts. This feature eliminates the need for aqueous or solvent cleaning operation after the metal working of Aluminum. Evap-Lube 2231 can be removed in a thermal de-oiling furnace, vacuum furnace or CAB (controlled atmosphere Brazing) furnace.
