Our KAL-FBO 1 was designed for high level operation like fine blanking process of middle 
& high hardness carbon or high tension steel. 
For carrying out high level of fine blanking process, KAL-FBO 1 contained special compound
additive for extrem pressures and oily improver, etc., which protect mould from damage and 
beyond limitation of thickness & materials as non-water soluble foaming oil. 
KAL-FBO 1 can give economical advantage with high productivity and prevent damages of mould 
& pin by great extrem pressure ability. 
And their rust prvention additive can prevent oxidation caused by high heat. This ability make your   
customer possible to keep it indoors for a long period of time. And parts, which was produced with   
our KAL-FBO 1, can be cleaned by any kinds of cleaners easily.
