COOLING AND LUBRICATING LIQUID- MINERAL WATERSOLUBLE FLUID

For screw machining/tapping, cutting screw threads and broaching operations, the working concentration is 5-10%.

For boring, chipping and milling operations, the working concentration is 4-7%.

Working concentrations are from 4-10% mixed with water.

It is specially recommended for working centers (NC and CNC machines).

BORINOL E is used for medium hard operations of all types of steels, cast iron, light and non-ferrous metals such as chipping/scrapping, boring/drilling, milling, cutting screw threads, grinding, broaching and finishing/polishing.

BORINOL E is mineral oil-based universal emulsion for cooling and lubricating. It is bio-stable and has excellent lubrication properties. It contains EP additives and prevents welding of metals on the sharp edges of tools.
