pH sensor ISFET
Product Details
Bare die ISFET (ion-sensitive field effect transistor) for advanced solid state chemical probes. Chip on board assembled on standard package or on customized packages and specific
electronics. Standard version is ready to be assembled on probe. The die require external AgCl reference. This sensor is the base for chemical industrial probes to recognize and measure pH
(acidity/basicity of chemical solutions). The whole system is an electrode. The silicon chip has embedded temperature sensor for external compensation.
