XA Piezo-Velocity Sensor

is designed to meet NEMA 4X and IP65 ratings without the use of a housing. The transducers mounting stud uses pipe threads and does not require the transducer base to be flush with the machine case. This eliminates special mounting surface preparation required with other velocity transducers, resulting in lower installation costs.
