The RobaScan 3D is a glue bead detection sensor for high demands with integrated evaluation-algorithm. The optical laser is scanning the 3D-profile of the glue bead in width and height, detects beads, stitches and dots and is evaluating the programmable limits. The background and the height jitter is automatically suppressed.The RobaScan 3D is mainly used for the detection of cold glue beads but for hotmelt beads as well.
