Our new product can be used with thermoplastic and thermosetting moulds to read the temperature & send the signal to PLC throuch special software to activate the opening & ejector of mould. So, no need to record the curing time. This system itself sense the desired temperature based on the heating & cooling system of mould & make the moulding process more automatic & higher productivity. All the paramters can set on normal PC & one system can control 4 moulds. Choose the number of sensors according to mould size & design & also control via wifi. Very economic system but very useful results.
