Ultrasonic transducer is standard bolted Langvine sandwich of PZT elements between metals that convert ultrasonic frequency electrical signal from generator into strong mechanical vibrations. This is fixed using our stud welded fastening technology to side or bottom of the tank or wall of the immersible. Ralsonics transducers of different frequencies are available in 3 categories :-

1) Fastened to the tank walls
2) Fastened to the wall of the immersible box and
3) Push type tube resonator.

All the above are arranged geometrically for best cleaning efficiency.
