SIC7802 DownloadThe SIC7802is a fully integrated Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) ASIC for OTP electronic identification transponders. The device utilizesManchesterencoding with multiple data rates. The IC contains a 64-bit OTP ROM and consumes extremely low power of less than 0.5mA. The SIC7802 requires only one external antenna inductor to operate since a 330pF resonant capacitor is built on-chip making it ideal for cost optimization of tags.
