Positive temperature coefficient thermistor, for short PTC thermistor, is made of BaTiO3 ceramic semicontact material, namely, the resistance change is abruptly increasing when the temperature
exceeds the specified value (Curie Temp.) PTC device have wide range application due to their the basic three characteristic, that is, Resistance Temperature characteristic, Voltage-Current
characteristic and Current-Time characteristic.
Our factory has manufactured all kind of PTC thermistors used for degaussing circuit, motor starting, circuit protecting, constant temperature heating, temperature sensing and so on.
