Lead Frame

Shinwon has shown strong performance and is well respected for its discrete semiconductor lead frame production. As of 2007, seven press machine units were able to produce the superior quality products through the automated inspection system and production facilities. Power transistor products ranging from TO-220 and TO-3P using dual gauge materials, SOT products using the thin plate materials of 0.1mm or less to the LED lead frames are all of highest quality and manufactured under the our strictest inspection standards. Our other strengths include the shortest possible delivery time based on the integrated production system, the fabrication of molds and production system and the prototype production system available only in Korea to reduce the development period and costs for our customers.
