The 3S6677 controller IC is the latest design from 3S at supporting the new 5X-nanometer process technology on NAND-type flash with 4K page buffer. ISP (In-system Programming) is a revolutionized feature being implemented onto the 3S6677 controller for easier and hassle-free firmware upgradability.
