The D51E5TA7502 is a one-chip controller driver LSI for a TFT liquid crystal display of 262,144 colors, with integrated RAM for graphics data of 240 RGB x 320 dots at maximum, a gate driver and a
power supply circuit.
The use of the 18/16-bit bus interface enables high-speed writing from the MPU to the internal display data RAM.
And the chip has SMLC(Smart Mobile Luminance Control) function so that it can reduce module power consumption.
