Drill tool quality and reliability depends on hard-alloy element soldering quality. RELTECs technology and induction systems allows dramatic reducing the cracking and oxidizing of item under soldering and double increasing the process efficiency thanks to setting and stabilizing the energy and frequency transferred into narrow soldering area. Heating post is a cabinet containing capacitors, bus bars, and transformer. Inductor is set up at the transformer. Crown bit supply mechanism is for automation of the crown bit charging into inductor.Set of supply:Semiconductor frequency converter with automatic control & diagnostics system; Heating post with matching unit and inductor; Crown bit feed mechanism; Pyrometer temperature controls at soldering point.
