Based the performance parameters GB/T10228-2008, this type of product with no-load loss reduced by 10%,noise level over 8-10dB lower than the existing professional standards JB/T10088-2004, very low partial discharge volume, are an efficient energy saving, environment-friendly product. This series of products are notable for "three low and one high", that is, low loss, low noise, low PD and high mechanical strength, therefore it is a new generation of urban power grids of environmentally friendly products, especially suitable for such important places as high-rise buildings, airports, power stations and a commercial center where must meet the requirements of fire prevention, explosion-proof, moisture-proof.
There are outgoing terminals and ingoing terminals in this series of transformers high-voltage side. The out-going terminals are in the folder and lead through epoxy insulator, with terminal symbol card in each one. The transformers can be adjusted according to the circumstance to ensure the output voltage rating, improving quality of supply. For the low-voltage transformers of 0.4kV, temperature measurement components can be embedded in the coil according to the customers requirements, the Thermostat Circuit figures showing low-voltage three-phase winding of the internal temperature. Transformer winding can be installed in the lower part of the body along the long axis of both sides to enhance cooling, thus extending the service life. Consequently, the output capacity of transformers up by 40%.Temperature control unit has a computer interface, remote monitoring and control can be carried out and recorded, and can over-temperature alarm, so that automatic tripping switch to protect the transformer.
SC (B)9(10) series of non-excited surge epoxy cast dry-type transformers are high-low-voltage coils made of the F-grade epoxy filler mixture, after degassing by a vacuum thin film, in a vacuum and under pressure with glass forming network on both inside and outside which is a kind of highly heat-resistant dry-type transformers with high mechanical and electrical strength.
