TRANSFORMER TEST SYSTEM

Above photo is a system to totally inspect Trans which is of small size, and of which all input, output lines are of pin type. This system shows an example the form that Test jig has two lines of A,B to shorten the loading and unloading time. Regarding Test items, all items of explanation are automatically processed. General Inspection on the electrical efficiency of Trans is perfectly performed by these tests.To thoroughly test all kinds of Trans, the following items have to be tested (refer to Figure).
