This is a specially designed transformer for stepping up inverter output to 240 VAC, or stepping down a stacked pair of DR or SW inverters to power a large 120VAC load. It is the best solution for running 220 VAC deep well pumps or other 220 VAC equipment with one inverter. It has a 4500 Watt continuous rating. It can be used to balance the 240 output of a generator connected to a single 120VAC inverter for better performance and operating life. Idle power consumption is 12 watts and unit includes 25 amp 2 pole circuit breaker/disconnect. Up to 6 additional breakers can be added.
