We have 100,800 pcs of poly-silicon wafer,125mmx125mm. Price at usd6.00/PC FOB France.Payment terms as follows:10% deposit immediately upon signing of contract. This will hold the wafers for you until ready to ship [ in early january 2006]. Just prior to shipment we will send you a proforma invoice and packing list for the balance of the rest 90%. At this time you wire the 90% balance and we release the goods to your forwarder/agent in France to pick up the goods.
