   PV modules should be warranted against reduction of output of no more than 10 percent of rated capacity over a ten-year period

All products are required to be under Standard Test Conditions as defined and specified in IEC and IEEE.

Either the SHS key components (PV module, charge controller, and battery) or systems must be certified according to the Photovoltaic Global Approval Program (PV GAP) or Chinese Golden Sun quality mark or other equivalent international standard. SHS operation should certified by laboratory with ISO 17025 or equivalent certificate. Such test report or certification should be submitted with the bid.
