Pump Power Switch

Sales for this product before the overmolded redesign were between 100 and 200 per year. With the new molded cable, sales are now running over 100 per week!

The pump is used by municipalities to pump water out of ditches and low spots. The power for the pump comes from a truck battery making the pump very portable.

 This project was designed for a local pump company. The old design had not been updated for several years and had some indigenous problems. Working with the company, Deca was able to select a switch that would meet the needed electrical characteristics and could be overmolded to be water tight.
