The high frequency generator is a core component for dielectric heating. It applies
380V power, 50Hz AC. It generates a high frequency of 6.78MHz or 13.56MHz or
27.12MHz, which is put on the work-piece through a matching device. The electric
field penetrates the medium and acts on the glue molecules selectively. The glue
molecules were polarized and move in high speed, then it gets heat acutely and
become solidified. At present, the high frequency dielectric heating are used for
production of curved plywood furniture, edge glued panel, assembled wooden door,
man-made wood, furniture frame, sound box, container floor, and work-pieces
of musical instrument. Dielectric heating by the high frequency as a modern solution
of wood working will become more and more popular in the field of furniture
