During injection process mold temperature should be sustained at high degree, 150~200 with the installation of heat pipes and temperature control devices. The structure of the mold is also very complicated.
We are specialized in ththermosetting molds which are not melting against reheating after hardening. We have made molds several times for switch cases and DVD parts using phenol resins, in cooperation with a Japanese company. We assure you of the earliest delivery.
