Customer provide the 2D or 3D drawings in DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP format etc, or just send us the samples. We will scan the samples and make products blueprint. After customer's confirmation, we begin to design the mold assembly drawing, and we customize the projects.
We will offer the mould assembly drawings for customers further discussion when necessary, considering about product parting line, gate type, ejector type, cooling system, surface treatment, moving direction and distance of slide etc, then find a solution which makes customer most satisfied.
