Panasonic Varicam camera

The Panasonic VariCam F HD Cine Camera is the first high definition production camera that is capable of variable frame rates. This high quality 720p cinema camera can be used for 60-fps or film-like 24-fps acquisition. Frame rates may be changed from: 4-fps to 60-fps in single frame increments and can be processed for over and under cranked effects. Additionally, the VariCam F's variable frame rates and shutter speeds create some very interesting ghost like motion blur effects, warp speed zoom effects, and long exposure still shots.
