Mechanism of Flocking
"Down Method" is one of the flocking methods shown in the right figure. In this method, short fibers fall from above box, and they go through electric field. Along electric field, fiber go straight ahead of sheet on which we coat adhesive.
We produce "Allover Flocking" and "Partial Flocking" through coating and printing machines,
Generally, materials of sheets are textiles, paper, artificial leathers, non-wovens and films. Materials of fibers are rayon, nylon and PET.

Flocking is a process that deposits a lot of short individual fiber on the sheet by utilizing of static electricity.
