Formed edge panels can be made with any of our standard except Ceramicsteel. Ceramicsteel porcelain can not be formed because it is too brittle.

Another application is to use a high hat panel to bring the panel face out flush with the mullions in a window system. This application also significantly improves the insulating value of the panel because a flat 1 panel becomes a 2 panel if the mullion system is 1 deep.

One application is returned vertical edges on insulated panels in a curtainwall system. The vertical joints between the panels can then be caulked, thus eliminating a vertical mullion at each joint. This is the flushed glazed look.
