The roof system consists of pre-engineered steel trusses (per architecturals), fascia and purlins, sheathing, hurricane ties and roof clips. Over and above these materials, you will also receive assembly drawings, engineer stamped structurals, and a toll free number to call for any technical support that you may require.
The tube steel frame is welded into panels and assembled at the job site with a minimum of labor. Installation times rival the SIP system. The sheathing on the exterior is an insulated nail-base panel. The insulated nail-base panel is one side Dens Glass Gold, Hardie Board or other approved sheathing material. The panels are attached to the frame with self-drilling screws.
EZ-Build Systems, Inc. building packages consist of three complete components: a sub floor system, a roof system, and a wall system. The floor system consists of pre-engineered steel floor joists, designed as per your architecturals. Also included are steel rim panels, blocking and steel floor sheathing. The wall system consists of welded, galvanized tubular steel frame panels. The panels come with bolts for panel-to-panel attachment, an EPS foam core in thicknesses of either 3.5 or 5.5, headers, shear walls and sheathing (choice of Dens Glass, Hardie Board, etc.). These tubular steel panels make up the structural component of the system.

Other than nails, EZ-Build Systems, Inc. provides everything else that is required to turnkey the outer shell of your project, whether its residential, commercial, industrial or institutional.

EZ-Build Systems, Inc. wood packages consist of three complete components: a sub floor system, a roof system, and a Structural Insulated Panel wall system. The floor system consists of your choice of either pre-engineered wood I-beam floor joists or pre-engineered open web trusses. Also included are ? tongue and groove sub-floor sheeting (or AdvanTech), rim joists, and sub-floor adhesive and fasteners. The wall system is typically 6 ? SIP panels that are pre-chased for electrical wiring, pre-cut for all windows and doors and they come with headers installed. Also included are all your corner screws, top and bottom plates, optional spacer plate and adhesives. Finally, for your roof system, you will be provided with pre-built trusses with energy heels, roof sheathing (OSB or AdvanTech), gable ends with over hangs (where applicable), and heavy duty 30lb roof felt and fasteners. Please note that we also supply entire SIP packages (SIPs can be used for floors, walls and roofs).

Our process began by researching materials which would optimize the construction of our new home. Being a consumer who had limited knowledge of the SIPS way of building. It was clear from the manufacturers we had been in contact with that Ez-Build listened to our queries, took the time to educate us on the system with all its benefits, was attentive to our concerns and worked with our concept. Most manufacturers we contacted, paid little attention to the inquiries of a lone homeowner requesting information. It was the personal customer service and attention to our project which has never made us regret our decision in choosing Ez-Build. Even down to the day the President of the company - Al Cain - visited our jobsite to check out the build process was going smoothly.
